I will be presenting at the ‘Frame by Frame PhotoForum’ in Regina, Saskatchewan (November 1-2, 2014). This two-day photography festival is packed with fantastic, well-known speakers from across Canada. The PhotoForum is a great opportunity to get inspired and learn about photography from some of this country’s finest photographers. My presentation ‘Wonders of Croatia’ is on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. Renowned for its natural beauty and historical heritage, Croatia is rapidly gaining popularity as a travel destination. The model in question was a wild relative of the common canola crop widely grown across the Canadian Prairies. This particular species, Brassica villosa for people who care about scientific names, has very dense trichomes (plant hairs)...

I have two large canvas prints on display at the Amber Gallery in Saskatoon until August 10, 2014. The gallery is located within the Centre at Circle and 8th shopping mall, right across the Rainbow Cinemas. If you are in the area, drop by and have a look.     Earlier this spring a  group of photography friends from Saskatoon got together, and we picked a selection of images that represents our varied interests.  Beside my two prints (Abstraction and Lodgepole Pines in Fog), you can admire artwork by Scott Prokop, Jay Scott, Steve Hiscock, Ian Preston, Bob Littlejohn and Bruce...
